I've installed approval workflow as described here:

All works fine except one thing: user receives an email about registration (or about activation if email verification is enabled) each time when user object is edited from backend.

The script /kernel/classes/workflowtypes/event/ezfinishuserregister/ezfinishuserregistertype.php has no check for object version.
