ezcBaseValueException when executing setup commands

    Description

      On a clean eZP 5.1 installation, attempting to run a console command, i.e:

      $ php ezpublish/console assets:install --symlink web

      will yield an

      {ezcBaseValueException}

      with the following message:

      The value '' that you were trying to assign to parameter 'dbParams' is invalid. Allowed values are: string or array.
