dbupdate-4.6.0-to-4.7.0.sql is not located in /update/database/ezpublish/4.7 as it would be expected.
There are some script files (in unstable directory), that seems to implement the process, but there naming and location surely don't offer much reassurance.

My suggestion is that a merge of the official and final upgrade script is committed to the standard location.
