There should be a documentation page explaining the clusterpurge.php script with details on how it works and how it should be used, in resemblance of what already exists in the Maintenance documentation page for clusterbinarypurge.php.

Also, I thing it's relevant to specify if there are any relevant differences between the the bin/php/clusterpurge.php and the cronjobs/clusterpurge.php.
