Languages seem to not be created by the setup wizard if it is run via /ezsetup route

    Description

      After installing eZ Publish 5 via the ezsetup route, I get this in the debug output:

      Warning: eZContentLanguage::prioritizedLanguages 	Nov 09 2012 16:49:09

Language 'ger-DE' does not exist or is not used!

Language 'fre-FR' does not exist or is not used!

Warning: eZContentLanguage::prioritizedLanguages 	Nov 09 2012 16:49:09

Language 'nor-NO' does not exist or is not used!

      And if check in the admin interface, only eng-GB exists.

      If the setup wizard is run in "pure legacy" mode, this issue does not seem to happen.
