Description

While using the public API, the hidden locations are not filtered out...

Steps to reproduce:
1. install eZ Publish 5 with the demo package/content
2. check that "Demo and Videos" appears in the bottom of the page
3. go to the administration interface and hide it

it is still available in bottom even after clearing the caches.
