Hi,
When i try to multiupload some files (2 files with 22kb each), the loading process freezes when uploading the first file.
In error.log i have no information.
In apache error log, i have:

Oddly, i have the same error when using Firefox, Chrome and Safari but everything works well when using Internet Explorer.
To reproduce, just multiupload 2 files.
