If i have in autosave.ini.append.php

[AutosaveSettings]
Interval=0

The autosave only saves the draft when i change from one field to another. So it seems that the "Interval" is being ignored.

Note:
Having "Interval=-1" makes the draft to be constantly saved. If i have Interval=1, the draft is saved each one second.
So the question is with Interval=0. the documentation does not refer anything about values for "Interval", so i don't quite know is this is an issue or it's like this by design.

Steps to reproduce

Set autosave.ini.append.php with:
[AutosaveSettings]
Interval=0

- clear caches
- Start creating an aticle
- while typing in some field, verify that the draft is being constantly saved
