You may want to turn of TemplateCompile option to speed up the dev process. If you write TemplateCompile=disable, you cannot access the siteaccess admin. If you don't write anything, it works.

Steps to reproduce

in settings/override/site.ini.append.php :
TempateCompile=disabled
TemplateCache=disabled
NodeTreeCaching=disabled
DevelopmentMode=enabled

go to your siteaccess admin. You get a "Server did not finish its request" message.

The following config is working :
#TempateCompile=disabled
TemplateCache=disabled
NodeTreeCaching=disabled
DevelopmentMode=enabled
