Inherited roles do not appear on role list/fetch

    Description

      The roles page does not list user who inherit a role. The eZRole::fetchUserByRole() function also does not include such users.

      Steps to reproduce

      If you go to a user's roles section, you will see all the roles to which that user is associated to listed there. However, if you go to the details page of those roles, that user will not be listed.
