After adding a node to a manual ezflow block, it is not possible to remove it and use a different location of the same content object without publishing the block twice.

The only workaround is to remove the old node, publish, then add the new one and publish once more.

Steps to reproduce

• Use an article with 2 locations:
  /news/article
  /media/folder/article
• Edit a manual ezflow block, select and add node "/media/folder/article"
• Publish, and check on the frontend that the alias for the block item is correct.

• Edit the block again
• Remove the old node, (draft is saved), add new one and select location "/news/article".
• Publish
  Result: on the frontend, the old location/alias is still used.
