Quality[] in image.ini affects all image classes

    Description

      In image.ini file when I set:

      [MIMETypeSettings]
      Quality[]
      Quality[]=image/jpeg;90

      it affects all image classes. I should be able to set Quality[] in [

      {myalias}

      ] section

      Steps to reproduce

      Add
      [MIMETypeSettings]
      Quality[]
      Quality[]=image/jpeg;90

      and all of your image classes are affected
