Description
Adding a "Related Object" attribute in a new survey raises the following fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function exitStatus() on a non-object in /var/www/apache2php53/ezp/app/ezpublish_testsystem/.run/extension/ezsurvey/modules/survey/classes/ezsurveyrelatedobject.php on line 77 503 Service UnavailableFatal error: The web server did not finish its request
The execution of eZ Publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.
Below, i have had no errors, but a php notice:

the var/log/error.log do not registered any message for this problem.

Steps to reproduce
To reproduce this issue:
- create a new survey
- Add a "Related Object" attribute and press "New attribute" button
The error happens right after we press the "New attribute" button

-Log in as admin in plain admin interface
-Click "Survey" in top menu
-Click "Automatic" button
-Click "Next" button
-Click "Create new" button
-Click "Content structure" in top menu
-Create a folder named "Survey data"
-Click "Survey" in top menu
-Click "Browse" button
-Click "Content structure" in top menu
-Select "Survey data" and click Select button
-Click "Next" button
Create a survey
-Click "Content structure" in top menu
-Create a new "Survey" object
Name : Test survey
-Create a new "Related object"
-Click "New attribute" button
