Adding new images to object relations on the fly does not work.

The reason for this is some dependencies in admin2 design, namely:

• admin2/templates/content/content/datatype/edit/ezobjectrelation_*
• admin2/javascript/ezmodalwindow.js
• admin2/templates/ajaxuploader/ (possibly)

These need to be copied to the standard design or in to a separate design extension

Steps to reproduce

1. Install standard ezpublish with the ezwt extension:
2. Add a object relation attribute with default selection to Media/Images
3. Go to frontend and creating a article
4. Unlike the admin panel there is no "Upload file" for that attribute.
