In eZ Publish Community 2012.4, using backspace in the first line of and order and unordered list, will change the format, removes the list and change the text to a normal paragraph.

Steps to reproduce

1) In any XML Block, create an ordered and unordered list.
2) Start to write the first line and, at some point, use the backspace key.
3) The line will change back to normal paragraph
