#1 make  a ezflow installation with only eng-GB
#2 dump database to file
#3 in admin ( /ezflow_site_admin/content/translations ) add nor-NO
#4 restore the database saved in #2
#5 Access /ezflow_site_admin/content/translations and you'll see nor-NO is still listed
#6 clear cache using admin interface or ezcache --clear-all --purge
#7 Access /ezflow_site_admin/content/translations and verify that nor-NO is not listed <------ This fails.... nor-NO is still listed and var/ezflow_site/cache/ezcontentlanguage_cache.php still exists on the filesystem
