As the title states, the collapsible navigation menu in the iphone siteaccess (ezflow) closes and fails to re-open if the user clicks (on a computer) or taps (on a smartphone) the menu heading a couple of times in rapid succession.

Depending on the mobile browser being used, this may be an edge-case issue. For example, in the default webkit-based browser on my Android 2.3.3, a quick double/triple-tap will cause a zoom action. On the other hand, using for example the Dolphin Browser HD, this is more easily reproducible.

Using a desktop browser with a mouse, this issue is trivial to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the iphone access through the desktop or smartphone (must have a touch display)
2. Quickly click or tap the "NAVIGATION" link a couple of times
