(Oracle) Using decimal number's generates an error in float and price datatypes

    Description

      Creating a class using float or price datatypes is showing an php notice in debug when you open the created object in admin (old admin and admin2) interface and the decimal part of the introduced number is ignored.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a new class with one of the datatypes (float or price)
      2. Create an object of the created class.
      3. Fill the datatype field with 10.99
      4. Publish the object.
      5. Open the object using the view tab
      6. Verify that error message is presented in the debug area
