eZ Flow missing "Create node RSS/ATOM feed" and "Add to block in frontpage"

    Description

      The "Create node RSS/ATOM feed" and "Add to block in frontpage" button are missing from the top toolbar in ezflow.

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Install eZ Publish 4.7 Alpha 1 with ezflow site access
2. Login into "ezflow" front end
3. Choose Folder from the top toolbar
4. Click "Create here" button
5. Type in the following:
    Name (required): News

6. Click "Send for publishing" button
7. Verify that you have "Create node RSS/ATOM feed" and "Add to block in frontpage" in the toolbar
