    Description

      Currently, online documentation for static cache is limited, only describing the settings in staticcache.ini:
      http://doc.ez.no/eZ-Publish/Technical-manual/4.x/Reference/Configuration-files/staticcache.ini

      The reference is slightly outdated, missing settings like CachedSiteAccesses[].

      A much more thorough document is present in <EZROOT>/doc/features/3.6/staticcache.txt

      Also, a very important step - VirtualHost rewrite rule to prevent recursive caching - was documented in EZROOT/doc/features/4.0/static_cache_user_agent.txt

      A documentation page could be created for static cache, with relevant information from both these documents.
