Neither ezdesign nor ezimage operators include the *type* parameter used in ezul and ezroot.
This way, it is not possible to generate full url's through the usages of these operators alone.

There are some workarounds to this constraint, that include prepending a previously defined value (or ini setting) to the uri generated by these operators operator. Yet, the templates would be more readable if both ezdesign and ezimage operators included a *type* ('full'/'relative')) argument
