Operating System: RHEL 6.1
PHP Version: (please be specific, like '4.4.3' or '5.1.5')
Database and version: oracle 11g
Browser (and version):
Description
If the oracle database goes temporary away while the ezasynchronouspublisher daemon is running, the daemon is not able to reconnect to the database.
The result is that no objects are published by the daemon before it is restarted
FYI :
This worked in ezp 4.5 on oracle ( but at that time we tested on debian ). Now we are testing on rhel61 ( could be related, or not )
This works correctly if db is mysql or postgresql
Steps to reproduce
#1 oracle is running
#2 start async daemon
#3 stop oracle
#4 publish article1
#5 start oracle again
#6 : error condtion : daemon doesn't restore db connection, article1 or any new object is not published
#7 : workaround to get publishing working again : restart daemon
