Ez Network fails when trying to register in Oracle on 4.5

      Description

      When trying to register in Service Portal with eZ Publish 4.5 running on an Oracle DB, after doing the following steps:

      $ alias phpbin="php -d memory_limit=512M -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions=0"
      $ phpbin runcronjobs.php sync_network
      $ phpbin runcronjobs.php patch
      $ phpbin runcronjobs.php monitor

      the following error happens:

      eZ Network client extension client 1.2.1

      Starting eZ Network monitor.
      Use the --force option to force monitors to be run.

      The execution of eZ Publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

      Steps to reproduce

       
      1. Install a clean eZPublish 4.5.
      2. Install Oracle extension.
      3. Register in the Service Portal.
      4. Try to run the cronjobs.
