DFS: If port param is left empty --> Fatal Error

    Description

      In DFS cluster, if we leave DBPort setting empty in file.ini, eZ Publish ends up with the following fatal error :

      Warning: mysqli_connect() expects parameter 5 to be long, string given in 
/Users/lolautruche/workspace/ezsystems/ezpublish/kernel/private/classes/clusterfilehandlers/dfsbackends/mysqli.php on line 81

      Set up an eZDFS cluster environment and leave DBPort setting empty in file.ini
