eZ DFS cluster mode

Description
Hi,
We have a problem with eZ publish backoffice. 5 to 10 times a day, the backoffice freeze for about 60 seconds.
The http request to the backoffice is waiting for xxx seconds and, ended up working.
This error seems to log in this file : wwwroot/var/log/error.log

Is it a eZ DFS cluster issue ? How can we solve it ?
