eZ Image Editor will not display the image on the editor when eZ Publish is configured in eZDBFileHandler cluster mode. The thumbnail on the right is displayed, but the main image on the editor is not.

However, using one of the available image effects on the left panel (say, horizontal flip) will cause the main image to be displayed (and also implement the relevant image effect, of course).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new installation of eZ Publish Enterprise 4.5;
2. Set it into eZDBFileHandler cluster mode;
3. Create new article with a .jpg image included;
4. Edit the article and then edit the image. eZIE will popup, displaying the thumbnail image on the right, but no image in the actual editor;
