The template located in /extension/ezcomments/design/standard/templates/class/datatype/edit/ezcomcomments.tpl

has an orphaned <h3> element in it and the closing div is at the wrong position.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check ezcomcomments.tpl before applying the pach to check the error
2. Apply the patch
3. Check ezcomcomments.tpl to see the changes
