Description

Creating a clean installation of ezpublish 4.5.0 EE or 4.6.0-dev, generates a long list of warnings in the upgrade check -> database consistency tool, if the eznetwork installation is not run.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a clean installation of ezpublish 4.5.0 EE
2. On Admin interface enter setup
3. Click the upgrade check link
4. Run the Database Consistency Check
