Setup

   1. Log in as admin in ezwebin
   2. Click "News" in top menu
   3. Click "Test article" link
   4. Click "CSS" button in toolbar

Test adding background-image

   1. Click "Links" elements in the top right corner of the page ("Site settings" etc)
   2. Select "background-image" in drop down
   3. Click "Add" button
   4. Click on folder icon in order to get upload dialog box
   5. Click "Browse" button and select a image you have on your hard drive ( vbanner.gif is attached to this test case which you can use)
   6. Click "Upload" button
   7. Select the image you just uploaded
   8. Click "Choose" button
   9. Click "Save" button
  10. Validate that the background for the "Links" element at the top changes to the image you selected
