After starting a work flow for later publishing it's not possible to cancel it, not even being super admin.

Deleting straight from the database is not a good solution.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a work flow for later publishing base on Publish date.
• Create an article with a future Publish date.
• Try to cancel the workflow.
