      Description

      hi,

      1) In image editor, if we use the "dimensions", with "Keep ratio" option button, to resize the selector of a part of an image, the selector doesn't always select the same part of the image

This happens both in imagemagik as in GD.

      Steps to reproduce

      - Create an image
      - edit the created image
      - Click on the "Edit" button to use imageeditor
      - Select a part of the image
      - on the right options, choose "Keep Ratio" option button
      - on the dimensions, choose 100x100

(take note on the selection part of the selector)

      - on the dimensions, choose 50x50

(take note on the selection part of the selector)

From now on, change between 100x100 and 50x50.
we can verify that the 100x100 is not always the same selection as the previous 100x100. the same happens with the 50x50 selections
