1) In image editor, if we use the "dimensions", with "free" option button, to resize the selector of a part of an image, the selector doesn't move

This happens both in imagemagik as in GD.

Steps to reproduce

- Create an image
- edit the created image
- Click on the "Edit" button to use imageeditor
- Select a part of the image
- on the right options, choose "Free" option button
- on the dimensions, choose 100x200

In this step, the selector doesn't change

- on the dimensions, choose 150x250

Again, the selector doesn't move
