js content outputed by ezjscore functions should add CDATA to be sure it will pass w3c validator checking, assuming our current dtd used is xhtml 1.0 transitional.

For instance, jqueryio outputs

....
if ( window.XMLHttpRequest && window.ActiveXObject )
...

and those && make validator claims about. quick solution could be adding this cdata thing to the generated code.
