Hi,

On the new enhanced edit GUI for eZ Flow, when we add a new block, the other blocks previously added becomes expanded, even if they were collapsed before adding the new block.

Steps to reproduce

-Login ezflow frontpage as Admin
-Click on the “Edit” button to edit the frontpage
-Edit front page
-Create Block1 (of any block type)
-Collapse Block1
-Create Block2 (any block type)
-Verify that the Block2 appears expanded
-Verify that Block1 is still collapse

In this last step, the Block1 is shown as expanded, when he should be collapsed.
