create a new policy for an existing role, content/create limited by a class, save it

go back to edit the policy, add a node limitation to it picking a top-level folder in the content tree - node is displayed as limitation, save it again

now the node limitation has not been picked up

delete the limitation, create a new one where the node limitation is in since the beginning, and it works...

maybe linked to #9191 ?
