cjwnewsletter : logfiles has wrong permissions

      Hi

      The logfiles created by newsletter has wrong permissions:

      -rw-r--r-- 1 vl     vl         0 2010-10-18 15:23 cjw_newsletter_cli_error.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 vl     vl     14727 2010-10-18 16:17 cjw_newsletter_cli_general.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 vl     vl     13215 2010-10-18 15:08 cjw_newsletter_error.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 vl     vl     31880 2010-10-19 11:09 cjw_newsletter_general.log

      Looks like the permission on the logs are not set according the the LogFilePermissions ini setting
