For bounce management you can add email account where the system will check for bounces. However, once you have set up such an account, you cannot remote it again.

Steps to reproduce

In admin, click "Newsletter in top menu
Click "Mail accounts" in left menu
Click "Add mail account" button and add an account
Click "Store changes"

The account is now listed in the table but it is not possible to delete it again
