Description
Hi,
If we fill the subscription form with an email that’s blacklisted, we get the information that subscription of that user was a “successâ€
After that, an email is received to confirm the subscription. If we press the confirmation link, we get the following error:
"The request page could not be found"
Steps to reproduce
Setup 1. Log in as Admin in Plain Admin Create a List #1 of Newsletters 1. Press “Content Structure†on top menu 2. On “Sub items†group, click on “Newsletter root†link 3. On “Sub items†group, click on “Newsletter system†link 4. On “Create†dropdown, select “CJS Newsletter LIST†and press “Here†button 5. Fill in the following fields: Title: “List #1†Newsletter list configuration: · Select radio button “render output “ on Plain_site_admin line · Check “Can subscribe†checkbox on Plain_site_admin line Available newsletter output formats · Check “HTML†· Check “Text†Approve subscription after user registration: No Newsletter sender email: an email that the tester has access to Newsletter sender mail: John Doe Newsletter default test receiver email: an email that the tester has access to Newsletter skin name: Default Personalize newsletter if data is available?: No 6. Click on “Subscription form†link on the menu on the left side of the Screen (on “settings†group) 2. Fill in the following fields: List #1: Checked with “Text†radio button selected Salutation: Mr First Name: Tester first name Last Name: Tester last name Email: an email that the tester has access to 3. Click on “Subscribe†button 4. Verify that a “Newsletter – subscribe success†was received 5. Access the mail defined in step #1 and verify that a confirmation mail as received 6. Press the confirmation link presented on the email 7. Verify that a Newsletter confirmation successful mail was received Blacklist the email used in previous subscribed list 1. Click on “Blacklists†link on left side menu 2. Click on “Add an email address to blacklist†3. In the email field, fill in the email that was used on previous subscription 4. Click on “Add to Blacklist†button 5. Verify that a successfully message is presented 6. Click on “Back†button Subscribe List #2 with a mail that is Blacklisted 1. Fill in the following fields: List #2: Checked with “Text†radio button selected Salutation: Mr First Name: Tester first name Last Name: Tester last name Email: <the email used when subscribing List #1 and that was Blacklisted> 2. Click on “Subscribe†button 3. Verify that *NO* “Newsletter – subscribe success†was received 4. Access the mail defined in step #1 and verify that *NO* confirmation mail was received
