Same as #1385 but for the site accesses named "admin" and "setup", located in settings/siteaccess. The installation wizard creates its own site accesses, therefore there should be no default, unused ones located in the site accesses folder.

If these site accesses were left there just for the purpose of example, then still remove them from there as examples do not belong in such a location.
