Allow extensions to provide an md5 list of files to be checked

    Description

      Since an extension is now allowed to provide a db_schema.dba file that will be checked upon by the system upgrade page, the next step is to allow extensions to provide their md5 lists.
      The path/name of that file is to be found in the ezextensionbuilder code
