Hi,

Attribute grouping is a new feature of the 4.3 release, part of the new admin interface.
Unfortunately this feature is not visible when accessing to the edit from the front end (via the Webin interface)

While front end editing is not the new admin, implicitly, changes to the content edit U.I. should be reflected when accessing them via the webin. Thus, the attribute grouping U.I. should be in the front end editing as well.
