Description
This is a regression due to ticket #016105 and the change in svn rev. 24803.
Currently no object with an required-to-be-set object relations attribute can be created, because the validation fails each time. Reverting the change from svn rev. 24803 fixes it.
Steps to reproduce
Use eZPublish 4.3.0. Have a content class with an object relations (eZObjectRelationListType) attribute that is required. The particular tested setup had "Selection method: Multiple selection list" and "Only existing objects" one allowed class in one location, "Object class" was none. But probably only the "required" settings of the object relations attribute matters. Now try to create an content object of such class. No matter what is selected in the object relations' selection list, the validation will fail with "content required".
