TC-36: Ez Flow - Enable "spell check" checkbox when adding "Search" block doesn't work

      Hi,
      In Ezflow, we edit the frontpage and then we add a Search Block with "Spell Check" unchecked. When we are trying with the wrong word, the system displays a sugestion (with spell check unchecked).

      Steps to reproduce
      Test Case:
Test without spell checker and facets

   1. Log in as admin in ezflow
   2. Edit frontpage
   3. Add "Search" block
   4. Disable both spell check and faced if they are enabled
   5. Publish frontpage
   6. In search box (appearing at the bottom of frontpage) enter : confrence (yes, make typo at will)
   7. Click "Search" button
   8. Validate that you do not get a suggestion if you meant "conference" instead

      At step #8, i got a sugestion for "Conference", even with "Spell Check" unchecked.
