It will be nice if the error/warning etc logs can be generate with file name construct with the name of the server and the siteaccess name
A directory structure like this should be better:
Var
+Log
+siteacces1
+error_[serverIP1].log
+error_[serverIP2].log
+siteacces2
etc etc
