The frame (or whatever you call it) which is supposed to surround the dashboard ends just under the "Dashboard" title

I didn't notice this error in previous snapshots (but it could be just I missed to detect it). So maybe a regression for the fix for #016341 ?

( Btw: #016341 is now fix, but issue is not closed )
