Some customer like the ability of usign settings/view page in admin site for modifying some settings.

Working with trunk versions of ezstarrating, ezjscore and ezoe we've noticed that some files like extendedattributefilter.ini and ezjscore.ini are listed twice in the combo for selecting the ini file you want modify. That could be a bit confusing for the user.

the reason for this is the way that some files are named. For example, at ezstarrating we have extendedattributefilter.ini and not extendedattributefilter.ini.append.php as usual.

Same goes for ezjscore.ini and image.ini with ezoe.

Those files should be renamed of maybe, for going faster, we can apply the atached path that uses array_unique function to return that list.

Steps to reproduce

just install last trunk versions for ezstarrating, ezjscore and ezoe and go to your adminsite/settings/view.
Some files will appear twice in the first select.
