Hi

Shop and Design tab in admin is now removed by default.
However, it doesn't work to restore the Design tab (the Shop tab seems to work fine though).

The Design tab will appear in the menu, but when clicking on it, you'll instead see the left menu for Setup.
I think this can be related to the fact that "Look and feel" is now placed in Setup ?

btw, same behavior in both admin and admin2

Maybe I am doing something wrong (see "Steps to reproduce")?
If not, this is a BC break + it blocks quite a few tests which is dependent on being able to change templates

Steps to reproduce

Install ezp
Go through menu.ini and re-enable all lines which follows comments like "Removed from 4.3 (...)" and "Hidden by default as of 4.3"
