Setup
Create a content object with comments enabled as explained in tc-99

Post a comment
   1. Login as admin on admin interface (old admin interface)
   2. Click on the "Comment system testing" article in the sub items list
   3. Fill in the comment form fields:
      Title: "Test comment"
      Website: "http://test.ez.no"
      Content: "This is a test comment"
      Notified: leave unchecked
   4. Click on "Post Comment"

Expected result
   1. The comment should appear above the form, formatted as follows
      "#1 Test comment

      This is a test comment                                                        Test user on xxxxxxxxxx"
