From a customer:

The clusterize.php script does not inform you of any problem if your files are moved to the NFS mount point before executing the script. It will list the files it tries to migrate, but will not actually do anything.

The script should inform you about what went wrong during the migration.

Follow clusterizing guide, but move files to NFS mount before executing clusterize.php
