Workflow status STATUS_FETCH_TEMPLATE_REPEAT disappeared

    Description

      After upgrading to 4.2 my extension which uses STATUS_FETCH_TEMPLATE_REPEAT is not working anymore.

      This is a big problem as a lot of ezpublish sites uses this extension.

      Steps to reproduce
      • Install eZSips extension
      • Confirm order
      • Extension template aren't called anymore
